Foxtons is a great institution and it’s always a good experience doing business with them. All of the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated to my needs and been friendly to engage with. There is one extremely pleasant and hard working woman who I have to give a mention to however. Ellie Slaughter will always go above and beyond for any client. She is the most hard working, easy going estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It’s even just an honour to have been in her company. Her energy radiates when you are stood next to her. She is beyond incredible. My life improved significantly after meeting her. Thank you for being such a friendly and affable woman. I will always recommend to tons simply because of her.

A quick review to mention the service I received from Foxtons Watford branch.<br><br>I was first shown around the property with Dan. He did the original negotiation with the seller, following up with any queries I had in a very polite and responsive manner. Once the offer was accepted I was introduced to Amber and Jamie who dealt with bridging the gap between both our solicitors, myself and the seller. I was always kept in the loop at each stage. The whole team were very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.<br><br>Keep up the good work!

We met Tilly when we found our home, Tilly has been so great at fitting us in as soon as I found the property. She was friendly, prompt, very responsive and walked us through it all - she advocated for us to get a deep clean and sorted out a garden clean too - would definitely go with Foxtons/ Tilly again and would recommend them to anyone moving

Lucca Holdstock was especially helpful, professional and easy to deal with, making everything run smoothly and keeping me informed throughout. Brilliant service from Ellie! ??<br><br>Ellie was absolutely lovely and made the whole viewing experience so so easy!<br>She was really friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed.<br><br>You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable.<br>A really positive experience and a credit to the estate agency. We had originally signed a lease via Douglas & Gordon which was transferred to Foxtons, and the service was genuinely abominable. While we were not a direct client, we wouldn’t touch Foxtons with a 10 foot pole for any buying/renting needs due to our end of tenancy experience.<br><br>1. Tried to claim that they only had to provide a few hours notice to us for viewings when our contract stated 24 hours (as does the law)<br>2. Would schedule viewings and not inform us when they were cancelled unless we reached out to confirm. Additionally, would organize viewings and then cancel after the scheduled time when we had already vacated the flat for the viewing<br>3. Showed up 20 min early for a viewing when we were eating dinner and also showed up late for viewings (which is understandable with prospective clients but at least let the tenant know)<br>4. Hadn’t heard from Foxtons in almost a week (while keeping the flat ready for showings), so sent an email asking what the state of affairs was. This was not answered so went into the office and was told the flat had been let and was not notified<br>5. After check out, was supposed to be notified if there were any deductions to the deposit. Reached out after a month and Foxtons response was asking if a check out had been done (Foxtons organized it) and suspected it had never been sent to the landlord<br><br>Generally rude and unhelpful - would not recommend across the board.

I recently purchased a flat through Ivan at Foxtons and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He did an incredible job throughout the entire process, helping us turn the purchase around in a very short timeframe and guiding us through all the legal work and various steps involved.<br><br>Ivan was extremely professional, responsive and proactive, making sure everything was handled properly and on time. He went above and beyond to keep the process moving and resolve any issues along the way.<br><br>Without Ivan’s help, I genuinely don’t think this purchase would have been possible. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
