Yet again we have just completed another successful letting through the Burton Branch of Frank Innes, headed up by Bea Aitken-Robertson. Our property was listed on the Friday afternoon, with viewings arranged for the Monday and under offer that very same day. The whole transaction was entirely smooth and hassle free and completed in less than two weeks! Bea was the ultimate professional and a pleasure as always to deal with, keeping us informed throughout.

I bought my rental apartment through Frank Innes, and always found the staff at the Chesterfield office to be friendly and eager to help. I was so satisfied with their service that I now use them to rent the property for me. Issues and queries are dealt with quickly, and it's always a pleasure to pop into the office when necessary. I can highly recommend them.<br><br>UPDATE<br>Agency has been gobbled up by Countrywide. I now get communications from numerous locations except Chesterfield. Maintenance is managed from Mansfield, by a team who don't know the building and who use Mansfield tradesmen, costing me time and money. EG: 4 months over winter to fix a simple electric heater, using a gas boiler company when an electrician or even handyman would have been fine. Almost £500 for a panel that might have cost £50-60.

We’ve had a really great experience with both Frank Innes and Rochelle (Countrywide Mortgages)! Purchasing our first home came with many questions and queries that Rochelle did not hesitate to answer and gave us her time to talk us through all the processes. I was issued a section 21 eviction notice by my landlady, who decided she wanted to sell the property I rented, via Frank Innes. They were not only apologetic but immediately started helping me to find a new home. I must thank Ellie and Molly for their friendly and expert support in making my move much less stressful. They kept me informed throughout on what was happening with the flat I was moving into and were always willing to let me view the property before moving in. I also found the sales team equally friendly and professional. Before the move they would ask if prospective buyers of the house could view at a time that suited me. The whole process of moving was smooth and easy. Excellent service, Many thanks.
