I cannot recommend Greenslade Taylor Hunt in Barnstaple highly enough. From day one, Ollie was fantastic — someone I trusted completely throughout the entire journey. His guidance over the year has been invaluable, and I genuinely couldn’t have got through it without him.<br>Curtis and Jodie in the office were equally amazing. Whether on the phone or during visits, they were always supportive, professional, and reassuring. Every interaction felt personal and genuinely caring.<br>It’s been quite a journey, but the whole team made it feel manageable. Thank you all for everything — truly exceptional service.

GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market.
After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.
