GTH were the most helpful estate agents. Jodie and Curtis made a typically very stressful time a much calmer and enjoyable one. The whole team are always at the end of the phone and always answered our questions, which was often as we were first time buyers! From day 1 dealing with GTH, particularly Curtis, we have been extremely impressed. Curtis went out of his way to ensure we could view a property whilst we were in the area. During the transaction he was so easy to speak get hold of, always available (even on his days off - sorry Curtis!) and he was never afraid to go that extra mile for us. Even though he wasn't working for us, it actually felt like he was.<br><br>I can't recommend GTH in Barnstaple enough. They are simply a fantastic team. Forever grateful.

The staff at gth have been amazing, jodie and Curtis were 1st class, Ollie webb has been absolutely amazing if it wasn't for Ollie we don't think we would have moved, Ollie has done so much more than our solicitors, highly recommend

I used GTH to purchase a property and had excellent service from start to finish. Jon and Natasha were efficient throughout without any hard sell. They communicated clearly and helped make the whole transaction smooth. The new house goody bag was also a nice touch.

Agents were not knowledgeable about the property when showing people around. After giving them a notice they gave me offer from an investor at a reduced rate, below asking price.
