I cannot thank Jon and Natasha enough for the effort that they put into selling my house. From the off, I felt at ease. Jon set everything in motion quickly and I was updated at every step. This continued through the viewing process and once the sale was agreed, it was comforting to know that Natasha was on hand to answer any queries at any point, a reassuring presence. Having had some negative experiences when selling in the past I was initially apprehensive about going through the process. However, this was totally not necessary with Jon and Natasha and I could not have been in better hands.

Chris and his team have been absolutely brilliant ! We couldn’t have asked for more . They kept us informed every step of the way . They chased solicitors , buyers and sellers down our chain . We have been super impressed with their management of selling our house and we thoroughly recommend anyone considering selling their property to use them . We are so grateful for all the help and advice . Not all agents are the same as them . They are very knowledgeable and open lines of communication at all times . Nothing was too much trouble .

Highly recommend GTH Ivybridge. Jon and Natasha helped us every step of the way. Polite, professional and friendly. The house had been in our family for over 50 years and although a difficult time for us they respected that and helped us every step of the way

Agents were not knowledgeable about the property when showing people around. After giving them a notice they gave me offer from an investor at a reduced rate, below asking price.

We had such a great experience with Tom when buying our house. From the very first viewing right through to completion, he was so friendly, easy to talk to, and always there when we needed him.
He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always quick to come back to us if we had any questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help things move along.
Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Tom made it feel so much more manageable. He was always reassuring and just really good to deal with from start to finish.
We’re really grateful for all the support from Tom and gth, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
