Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

I am very impressed with our recent experience with the Stratford upon Avon Hamptons branch. The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Richard and the team at Hamptons Broadway achieved a sale for our house in Broadway very soon after they took it onto their books, when it had been on the market for some time with another agent without success. Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We recently sold our property through Hamptons Fleet and have been very pleased with the service we received throughout. The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward.
Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed.
What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported.
Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.
