The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Hamptons Muswell Hill, from our initial contact with Evelyn through to moving into our rental home a month ago. Evelyn was brilliant at showing us around the properties, and the signing process was smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Since moving in, our property manager Saima, has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we’ve had about the house or maintenance.<br><br>Everyone we’ve dealt with has been responsive, professional and kind, making the whole experience a real pleasure.<br>We would highly recommend Hamptons Muswell Hill.

I have recently bought a flat through Hamptons Balham and they were a great help throughout the process. My main contact, Charlie, kept close to the process throughout to assist both myself and the seller with ironing out complications whilst always being friendly and polite. I couldn’t have ask for a better team to buy my first flat through.

These guys do an amazing job. I purchased a do-er upper large house from them, and Kieran put in so much effort to make it go smoothly. From the initial house tour specially scheduled to our schedule to handling my unusual offer, Kieran really went the extra mile.<br><br>Whilst other agencies would probably have said 'here is a form to fill out' and left it at that, Kieran handled the whole process and dealt with the internal company paperwork and processes with ease.<br><br>Every few days Kieran was checking in with us (buyers) but also with the sellers, both sets of solicitors, various surveyors, etc - figuring out who was holding up the process and getting things moving again.<br><br>The total amount of work done was high compared to the selling fee - I'd say one is getting good value for money here too.

have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after.
The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care.
A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons.
I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

I recently sold a property through Hamptons Esher.
Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone.

Jonah Schiller might have to be the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Not only did he deliver on what I needed, he did so quickly, professionally, and with a lovely human touch that’s hard to find these days. He looked out for my interests and was always reliably there to step in or sort anything out, even in an emergency when he was out of the office. When he was away, he made sure his colleague Luca Obertelli promptly stepped in and helped immediately. They both took the urgency of the situation seriously, and it bears mentioning how rare this is to come across in Europe, where nothing is ever urgent.<br><br>Working with Jonah was one of the most positive real estate business interactions I’ve ever had, or I’ve even heard of anyone having, and I hope I can continue to work with him in the future (to his boss, if you are reading this, he deserves a promotion and a large bonus, at least twice over!!!!!) ??????????????????
