The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Hamptons Muswell Hill, from our initial contact with Evelyn through to moving into our rental home a month ago. Evelyn was brilliant at showing us around the properties, and the signing process was smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Since moving in, our property manager Saima, has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we’ve had about the house or maintenance.<br><br>Everyone we’ve dealt with has been responsive, professional and kind, making the whole experience a real pleasure.<br>We would highly recommend Hamptons Muswell Hill.

I have recently bought a flat through Hamptons Balham and they were a great help throughout the process. My main contact, Charlie, kept close to the process throughout to assist both myself and the seller with ironing out complications whilst always being friendly and polite. I couldn’t have ask for a better team to buy my first flat through.

These guys do an amazing job. I purchased a do-er upper large house from them, and Kieran put in so much effort to make it go smoothly. From the initial house tour specially scheduled to our schedule to handling my unusual offer, Kieran really went the extra mile.<br><br>Whilst other agencies would probably have said 'here is a form to fill out' and left it at that, Kieran handled the whole process and dealt with the internal company paperwork and processes with ease.<br><br>Every few days Kieran was checking in with us (buyers) but also with the sellers, both sets of solicitors, various surveyors, etc - figuring out who was holding up the process and getting things moving again.<br><br>The total amount of work done was high compared to the selling fee - I'd say one is getting good value for money here too.

Danish Ashraf Property Manager at Hamptons has supported me as Landlord to a rental property. I highly recommend Danish for various reasons.<br><br>He gets it ! I mean by default he strongly represents my interests as a Landlord.<br><br>He is imaginative and proactive with solutions to problems.<br><br>Shows he is experienced with his knowledge and thoroughness with all property matters.<br><br>He has never lost his cool - and circumstances at times, have been adverse.<br><br>His reputation obviously extends to the contractors we employ, as they evidently have a good relationship with him - a great benefit to a Landlord.<br><br>And finally he has a great sense of humour - you can get him to chuckle, even with the xxxx is hitting the fan !<br><br>You will be a lucky Landlord if Danish is your PM.

Grant and the team at Hamptons St Albans did a fantastic job helping us sell our dad’s flat after he passed away. They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

really poor service. My Family and I wanted to purchase a house and the sale advisor Jan was awful rude and ignorant. Would strongly not recommend this estate agent as they are unprofessional.

I rented a room in the area in January via Hamptons of Belsize Park and found the agency to be very helpful. Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.
