I had a really positive experience buying my house through Hunters. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and they kept me updated every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful time much easier.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the team were always happy to answer questions or help when needed. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely lovely.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A great team who made the whole process feel straightforward and I felt supported from start to finish!

Feels like giving them 1 star is too much!
Shambolic from beginning to end.
Firstly they agreed a sale to someone who had no proof of funds and was actually a deal sourcer (someone who makes money off of selling the property to an investor without the estate agents knowing, basically trying to sell it for a fee)
Then we had a sale agreed but found property was unmortgageable which obviously wasn't their fault, however due to this we made a counter offer which took 3 weeks for them to reply, also not their fault you would think. However we found that they were holding our offer off as long as possible making stories up so they could try and find a better offer and they then proceeded to put it back on the market. All we would have needed was the truth.
Then a couple of weeks later (last Friday) they told us they now was happy to accept our offer, so we immediately got our broker and spent yet more money in fees to get the purchase, only for them to tell us this morning (Tuesday) that they had accepted another offer and the property was no longer on the market.
We are property investors, and have purchased many properties but never ever have we come across a company that's so amateur and due to their incompetence and lying it has cost us thousands of pounds.

We have just sold our property via Hunters, it was a slog of a sale as it fell through a couple of times. Hunters were amazing at every step, the chain collapsing twice was nothing to do with their service or vetting of the buyers. Each time they jumped straight on the marketing and communication and had viewings and offers within a few days. They always kept us in the loop and provided excellent service. As a seller I would highly recommend
We also purchased the house we’ve just sold through them too (that’s why we chose them), so I can also recommend them from a buyers side too
Our agent created a WhatsApp group between us so we could be kept in close contact re viewings and offers (so didn’t need to wait until we could take a call), this was super handy
