Communication was poor to non existent. I seemed to know more about the progress than they did. They blamed the World Cup for lack of interest. I don’t believe they understood the value of the property

Holly and Chloe at Hunter's were so nice to interact and were very quick at responding and resolving issues.

We have just found a place to rent in Leeds using Hunters. It has been tricky with some other agents to book viewing appointments but Hunters were able to fit us in on Saturdays which was very helpful. Once we agreed the tenancy Jasmine and Katie have both been very patient and happy to take any questions we had. Thanks to them.

The agent is quite responsive and rental process was timely. Although there was no harmony on documentations needed. I keep getting emails requesting for a document. I believe this should be well detailed and requested once, to avoid sending several mails to tenant
