AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Please read would be my advice. I would give no stars if I could.<br><br>When I signed up to JDM I had 4 requests:<br>1. Make sure they wear shoe covers (I provide them)<br>2. Do not leave the front door wide open while you are showing the them around. Which is why we got rid of our first agent.<br>3. Do not leave the people unsupervised wondering around the house alone<br>4. Try and vet them to avoid nosey time wasters (we had so many, no vetting what’s so ever)<br>They agreed to all of the above.<br>In reality it was very different. They left the front door wide open on first visit, allowed people to wonder around on their own, children running wild opening cupboards playing with light switches, touching and pulling at antiques, sitting down on our furniture making themselves at home and finally when the clients refused to wear shoe covers they said ok and allowed all 5 of them free reign of our house with their shoes on which included a 94 year old with 3 prong walking aid climbing our stairs.<br>They were sent a bill for our carpets to be cleaned and we then terminated our contract even though we had a buyer.<br>We could not bare to pay them any commission for such appalling, unprofessional behavior we would rather lose the buyer.<br>Think very carefully before you choose this company....
