JDM Chislehurst (Jake) helped to sell our property in a difficult market offering valuable advice & support throughout the lengthy process / long chain.
We ended up purchasing a property via JDM Locksbottom which made the comms so much easier & a big shout out to Emma who navigated us through the process, taking time to keep us informed along the way.
Overall a good experience & would definitely recommend JDM

We recently bought a house through JDM locksbottom. Predominately worked with Emma and Maria who were brilliant throughout. Always quick to respond to queries and help with hurdles that arose through conveyancing.
The whole team were incredibly helpful accommodating viewings and in communication.
The team at locksbottom are a credit to JDM.

Had a wonderful experience working with John Erne at JDM Chislehurst. Really easy to talk to, always quick to answer any questions, and just made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Would absolutely recommend is you need an estate agent!

I've only heard bad jokes about estate agents but I am grateful for the job that they do and the support given. From the outset JDM Eltham's team guided and, to a certain extent, held my hand through the process, which is what I needed as selling houses is not my business. Their communication was timely and clear. I'd recommend them unreservedly.
