Anthony was a real help throughout the purchase of our flat. He had a good understanding of what we were looking for and showed us properties that matched our criteria well. We particularly appreciated that he arranged a viewing for us before the flat was publicly listed. He communicated clearly and was always responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth. Mitch was great on the purchase of our first home. Super professional where it mattered, but still really friendly and approachable. He was also responsive when there were issues/questions and helped to keep things moving along. Would definitely recommend working with Mitch if you are looking for your new home ??????

**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**<br><br>Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.<br><br>The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.<br><br>If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
