We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help and never once made us feel like we were being a bother.<br><br>What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. While working with her, she became more than just our real estate agent — she felt like a friend and someone we could genuinely trust. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

My husband and I were very lucky to meet Anya, our lettings agent. She is a lovely, friendly, knowledgeable agent who was so committed to us as clients and was able to find us the exact type of property we were looking for. She went above and beyond to help us navigating in this crazy London market and we are very grateful for her. She really is an asset to the KFH team.
