I've been using KFH for over 10 years. This was the first time that I had dealt with the Fulham Broadway office. I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish.
I'd really like to commend Peter Kasicki. One of the best agents I've ever used. He's really responsive and knowledgable. Peter dealt with my sometimes unusual requests speedily, efficiently and will good humour.

I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let.
This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated.
Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

Moving from Belgium to London, Charlie was our guide through this complex situation of being in Belgium and looking for housing in London. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.
