I had a very positive experience with Junior, who showed me several apartments on Saturday morning in Crystal Palace. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings.
Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions.

Just spoke to Dan on the phone who was incredibly rude and hostile towards me on the phone after he called to follow up and offer that was rejected from the buyer. He said he doesn’t want to waste his time speaking with people that aren’t serious so I asked him to remove me from the database. Astonished at his poor customer service.

Joshua from KFH Tooting was amazing. I came to view a flat, that he showed me around, and from that moment onwards he was super helpful and proactive in getting me what I needed and telling me what I needed to do. Awesome experience

I had a fantastic experience renting my flat through KFH . From the very first viewing to picking up the keys, Kirsten Maveric was incredibly kind, approachable, and responsive. It's a good job flats in London largely sell themselves. The property was great, but I wouldn't choose to deal with this branch again. During viewings, the estate agent seemed barely present and offered very little information or engagement. Communication was noticeably better with other agencies I dealt with during my search. It was a shame that I had to deal with KFH to secure a property I otherwise really liked.

Moving from Belgium to London, Charlie was our guide through this complex situation of being in Belgium and looking for housing in London. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.
