We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

Moving from Belgium to London, Charlie was our guide through this complex situation of being in Belgium and looking for housing in London. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.
