From our experience, Leaders is very helpful and reliable. I am very pleased we rented this property from Leaders. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!

Awful communication!! I was in contention to get a flat and they just let it to someone else without telling me anything. I filled out the form, had everything basically sorted and then they didn't speak to me for days and then I see let agreed on the website, didn't even find out through them! Terrible, do not use these letting agents.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase.
Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome.
We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action.
Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy.
Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe!
100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking.
The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone.
Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy.
What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service.
I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards.
Avoid at all costs.

I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices.
I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever.
This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.
