We recently moved into our new home through Leaders Felixstowe and couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received throughout the process. Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. Superb service by Molly at Leaders in 2022. Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.

I used Leaders Witham today to view a property in Braintree and I was very impressed with the agents. This has been my first time renting in this area and the agents (Ben and Abby) made the process painless and extremely straightforward. I had a huge list of questions for them and they were able to answer all of them. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and their agents in future as their compassion and care is something that will stay with me!
