From our experience, Leaders is very helpful and reliable. I am very pleased we rented this property from Leaders. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!

Awful communication!! I was in contention to get a flat and they just let it to someone else without telling me anything. I filled out the form, had everything basically sorted and then they didn't speak to me for days and then I see let agreed on the website, didn't even find out through them! Terrible, do not use these letting agents.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase.
Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome.
We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action.
Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy.
Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe!
100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

I’ve had numerous issues with Leaders contract management over the last year and in desperation chose to upgrade to full management so I could benefit from Rebecca Jones, support. She’s been great. Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
