From our experience, Leaders is very helpful and reliable. I am very pleased we rented this property from Leaders. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!

Awful communication!! I was in contention to get a flat and they just let it to someone else without telling me anything. I filled out the form, had everything basically sorted and then they didn't speak to me for days and then I see let agreed on the website, didn't even find out through them! Terrible, do not use these letting agents.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase.
Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome.
We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action.
Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy.
Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe!
100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Phoebe as our estate agent. From the very first viewing, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to show us around properly and answered every single question we had without hesitation.
Throughout the whole process, Phoebe was amazing with communication. Her responses to emails were always so quick, and she handled every situation efficiently and professionally. Moving house can be extremely stressful, especially being pregnant and trying to keep on top of everything, but Phoebe made the entire process feel seamless. She reassured me so many times and truly helped ease any worries I had.
When Phoebe was busy with other tasks, Libby stepped in and was just as helpful. She sorted emails and passed information along promptly, making sure nothing was delayed. It was all handled so effortlessly between them, and we always felt supported.
I honestly can’t recommend these two ladies enough for any advice or help you may need. Phoebe even went out of her way to get my son a pen, which had become a little ongoing joke during the viewing such a thoughtful and personal touch!
Thank you both so much for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so special. You’ve truly given us a happy and positive start to our next chapter. ????

We have been very pleased with the service provided by our property manager, Eloise. She is consistently responsive and always quick to address any queries or concerns we may have.
