Martin & Co are extremely professional and, as new landlords, we have felt in very safe hands. John and Libby have both been very responsive and supportive. John has offered great advice and guidance and has been so helpful in navigating our way in our new venture. Tonia is extremely well organised and efficient and has taken the stress out of everything for us. We would definitely recommend Martin & Co and have been very impressed.

**Gross Negligence and Unprofessional Conduct — Landlords Beware**
I am acting on behalf of a landlord whose property has been shockingly mismanaged by this agency. Despite more than eight months of rent arrears (unpaid since August 2024), the agency has failed to initiate any legal action, despite having clear grounds for eviction under Scottish tenancy law.
Communication has been consistently vague, evasive, and unprofessional. Now, without warning or proper explanation, the agency is attempting to disinstruct itself from managing the property entirely—abandoning its responsibilities at a critical point.
Worse still, during a recent phone call, a baseless and defamatory accusation was made against me, which I have categorically denied and am challenging formally.
I am in the process of submitting a formal complaint and escalating this matter further. The handling of this tenancy has been nothing short of disgraceful. Landlords should exercise extreme caution before placing their trust—or properties—with this agency.
