Outstanding service from start to finish, from Matins & co / Ellies and our landlady have been incredibly prompt, helpful, and considerate throughout my time here. Communication is seamless, and any issues are always resolved quickly. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a agency and landlady.

We rented a flat with Martin & Co in Farnborough and honestly it was a very smooth and great experience.<br>I don't usually write a review but they truly deserve the recognition. The team was professional, helpful, fair and genuinely decent throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or that things were simply about money, which is unfortunately not always the case with other letting agencies.<br><br>If we moved back to Farnboroug one day , we'll definitely rent through them, we can't recommend them enough.<br><br>A special thank you to the property manager Gemma Flurry ,who was always there helping and sorting out any issue. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

Some of the property management agents at Martin & Co are polite and respectful. They respond quickly and answer questions promptly. I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.

I would highly recommend this agent for going above and beyond to progress my sale to it's conclusion. They have always been positive throughout a complex sales process. They have communicated well with myself and all other parties. I have always been able to rely on them for accurate market advice and honest assessment.

We have now sold two properties with Martin & Co and our experience has been very much hassle free. We have always been kept in the loop when it came to viewings and found the feedback very useful. We have found all members of staff very helpful but David in particular has been our main contact during our sales. He is clearly knowledgeable and his advice has always been on point.

Both the letting and sales teams were amazing the whole way through. Plenty of communication throughout and advice where required. Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

I haven’t been able to sell my house with them. Communication was poor I had viewings made without my knowledge and feedback was slow.
