I was using a previous letting agent but in the changeover have been very pleased with Martin and Co. Ella, Adam & Diane have been particularly helpful in negotiating fair rent and getting any repairs done that needed doing. I have found them very good at what they do.<br><br>Once again Ella and her team been very professional, this time in the smooth running transition between tenancies. If Ella was not available then other members were more than able to assist with queries. I had compliments from the tenants moving out as to what had contributed to an enjoyable tenancy for which Martin & Co must take some of the credit in how they responded to the tenants issues taking the stress out of potentially stressful situations. I would highly recommend Martin @ Co as letting agents.

Martin & Co. were excellent from start to finish in selling my property.
From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email .
Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process.
A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

I recently bought a home through Martin &Co. Alex was very helpful, especially after a rocky start due to some unexpected moves from the vendor. She always got me in for viewings and made sure I got my keys on time after completion, which was much appreciated. Thanks Alex!

Sue has been amazing dealing with the Lettings management of my rental property over a number of years. Her knowledge and experience together with her great sense of humour make her a real asset to Martin & Co. In fact I would thoroughly recommend the whole team at Martin & Co for their all round professionalism.

Day 34 surprise surprise 3pm the following day and no pack sent! They are absolutely disgusting! Not even an email or a phone call to apologise. Do not use this company!
Day 33 Martin and Co promised to send the pack by end of business today
Day 32 and still nothing! Please do not use this company. The comments from Earl below to try and reassure are utterly useless. We're now 32 days in waiting for this legal pack and still nothing and paid a ridiculous amount for the privilege of this. Not even an email or a phone call to apologise. Not, 'we'll chase it,' Nothing. And now after I've emailed, AGAIN, are they going to chase. Why weren't they - after 32 days - chasing this already. You can forgive small mistakes, but this is just utter incompetence.
Day 18 and still nothing. I can’t begin to tell you how useless Martin and Co are.
1st May - took over management and told they were hopeful information would be loaded on system that afternoon.
8th May - told just a couple of more things to upload
12th May - told it’s not there responsibility and had been outsourced and had to wait
14th May - 14 days after and still nothing. Write 1 star review in frustration
16th May - MD responded to apologise and promised to get to the bottom of it
16th May - told uploaded but now the information had to ‘sync’ but we’d hear Monday morning
18th May - surprise surprise - NOTHING
19th May - finally hear but now charged £564 for a legal pack which cost me £300 last year and now, I have to wait up to ten days for this as it's outsourced again and out of their hands.
To say Martin and Co disgust me is putting it lightly. They've actually made me feel physcially sick. Avoid them at all costs. There is nothing good about this company.
The stress they have caused me is off the scale. The whole chain knows the stall in this sale is down to Martin & Co. Two and a half months I’ve been waiting for this legal pack to sell my property. I’m literally trapped in a property through their incompetence & the worst is knowing we haven’t even got to the point of them putting the legal pack together yet.
Useless & incompetent.
