Generally very good to deal with.
Valuation was on the low side. I requested it being marketed higher and received an offer above their valuation quite quickly which Im proceeding with. This was a first time buyer with mortgage in place.

I had a really positive experience with Martin & Co Camberley.
Emily and Chantal were very friendly and helpful during the viewings, making everything feel relaxed and easy.
Louis Mundy then took over the tenancy process and handled everything smoothly and efficiently through to move-in.
The whole experience felt well organised and straightforward, and I really appreciated the support from the team.
It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would happily recommend their services. I also hope that any future questions or matters will be handled with the same level of professionalism.

Martin & Co. were excellent from start to finish in selling my property.
From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email .
Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process.

Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

Martin & co recently sold a property. It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
