We used Pattinson for the sale of our house and would highly recommend them. The staff were really helpful throughout the whole process, particularly Madelin who went above and beyond chasing solicitors etc. for us which she didn't have to do. They were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Any delays were no fault of Pattinson and were because of other estate agents or solicitors. Can't fault Pattinson in any way! Thank you all!

A very good experience from the Hexham branch. We brought our dream home through the auction process. It was daunting as we had never done it before but Jenna was brilliant in explaining everything and keeping in regular contact with us through the process which was so important and reassuring. Jenna couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend.

Wasted 4 months.
Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date.
Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k.
Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point.
Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted.
Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.

Alia and Grace were rude and pushy won't recommend at all, all they care is about their fees. Plenty of other estate agents way better in the North East.
