From the very first valuation, Angie stood out with her knowledge of the local area and her valuation was realistic and well-researched . Angie also supported my Mum with the viewings which was invaluable. The property sold within a week and the excellent service continued throughout the negotiation process and beyond. I would particularly like to mention Madelin who was professional with a helpful friendly manner throughout. Pattinson made the whole process from valuation to completion stress free .

Wasted 4 months.
Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date.
Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k.
Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point.
Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted.
Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.

When Pattinsons offered to sell our property they offered a price match for their fees and failed/refused to provide a valuation. They have not actively tried to sell the property and have forced auction conditions on us and are planning to charge us considerably more than the price match promised.
