Great speedy service - including recommending options for a possible auction; no fuss and lots of follow up calls to keep things moving. They even recommended a conveyancing lawyer. And we got a great price for the house - £20k more than we expected! Shout out to Darren and Chloe!

I don’t like to pull a business down, and I appreciate the work that goes into running an estate agency. However, I found my experience rather bland and uninspiring. At no point did I feel particularly supported, guided, or engaged in the process. The service lacked the energy, initiative, and attention to detail I would normally expect from a professional agency, and overall it left me feeling underwhelmed.

Pattinsons grossly over priced my property, possibly by nearly 50%. I received apologies for this but I think it caused problems in the sale of the house. They recommended selling it via auction which I'm not convinced was the best way of selling it. The property is no longer on the market. I will look to try and sell it in the spring with another agent.

Wasted 4 months.
Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date.
Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k.
Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point.
Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted.
Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.

When Pattinsons offered to sell our property they offered a price match for their fees and failed/refused to provide a valuation. They have not actively tried to sell the property and have forced auction conditions on us and are planning to charge us considerably more than the price match promised.
