Great speedy service - including recommending options for a possible auction; no fuss and lots of follow up calls to keep things moving. They even recommended a conveyancing lawyer. And we got a great price for the house - £20k more than we expected! Shout out to Darren and Chloe!

I don’t like to pull a business down, and I appreciate the work that goes into running an estate agency. However, I found my experience rather bland and uninspiring. At no point did I feel particularly supported, guided, or engaged in the process. The service lacked the energy, initiative, and attention to detail I would normally expect from a professional agency, and overall it left me feeling underwhelmed.

Pattinsons grossly over priced my property, possibly by nearly 50%. I received apologies for this but I think it caused problems in the sale of the house. They recommended selling it via auction which I'm not convinced was the best way of selling it. The property is no longer on the market. I will look to try and sell it in the spring with another agent.

Absolutely appalling. Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
