I cannot recommend these guys enough. Appolonia and Ryan were consistent throughout the purchase of our new property. It was a long drawn out process made so much easier by the constant communication by them both .
You are guaranteed a reply within less than a couple of hours and they will view properties at times to work around your schedule outside of office hours.
Communication with the solicitors was exemplary in our plight to get a suitable exchange date . Appolonia worked tirelessly!

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Aron for making it possible for me to move into my new rented shared house at exactly the time I needed it. He made the entire house?hunting process completely stress?free, even taking me to view different properties after the original one I wanted had already been let by another landlord.
Aron listened carefully to my preferences, took me to my current home, and ensured I secured the exact type of room I asked for. He also made sure I was able to move in within the timeframe I had given him.
The Charles Knight team has also been amazing—truly a team that cannot go unacknowledged. It is clear that client satisfaction is one of their core values, and I have no regrets about finding my new home through them. Charles Knight are genuinely reliable agents to work with, and they make sure you are well taken care of throughout the process.
I would also like to appreciate the Director for always being willing to listen.

From my initial enquiry to the viewing and process he was so professional also looked smart and left an impression. Really fantastic support throughout the process from Kenny and the team. My house sat on the market for a year until we moved to Re/max and sold within 3 weeks. Kenny walked in and immediately recognised the potential and uniqueness of the property which reignited my hope in finding a buyer - and we did almost immediately. He was also very sensitive to every element of the journey to the sale of this property which I appreciated.
To add, we also went with their recommended legal partners, who also provided a fantastic service. Can't recommend this team enough!
