Selling a family home of many years is never easy, but Gary at Remax calmly guided us through the process, aiding us in making many key decisions along the way.<br><br>Gary's appraisal of our property was spot on. The excellent photo set, virtual tour and drone footage primed the market successfully for a rapid sale.<br><br>With Gary conducting all the viewings, we felt unburdened, but nevertheless very well informed about potential buyers: when the offers came in this factor really came to the fore.<br><br>We would highly recommend Gary and the team at Remax.

My experience started off really well when I first moved in, and everything seemed smooth. Unfortunately, as time went on, several problems began to arise.<br><br>We had no Wi-Fi for almost two months, there was a rat infestation, and the air vent in the property never actually worked and seemed to be there purely for display. These issues made the experience increasingly frustrating.<br><br>When I eventually decided to move out, the staff helped with the process. Before paying for the final month, I specifically asked whether I would receive my money back for the days I would not be living there, and I was told that I would. I moved out only two days after the rent was due, yet I was only refunded around half of what I had paid.<br><br>I have now been trying to resolve this for around four months. I have called the office regularly, sometimes around four times a week, but I repeatedly get told that “Charles isn’t in the office.” Unfortunately, this has become extremely frustrating because I still have not received a proper explanation or resolution.

Really fantastic support throughout the process from Kenny and the team. My house sat on the market for a year until we moved to Re/max and sold within 3 weeks. Kenny walked in and immediately recognised the potential and uniqueness of the property which reignited my hope in finding a buyer - and we did almost immediately. He was also very sensitive to every element of the journey to the sale of this property which I appreciated.
To add, we also went with their recommended legal partners, who also provided a fantastic service. Can't recommend this team enough!

A really good experience with Morton Napier
From getting the flat ready to put on the market , getting the valuation correct , excellent images and information about the property on there website and Rightmove
