I cannot recommend these guys enough. Appolonia and Ryan were consistent throughout the purchase of our new property. It was a long drawn out process made so much easier by the constant communication by them both .
You are guaranteed a reply within less than a couple of hours and they will view properties at times to work around your schedule outside of office hours.
Communication with the solicitors was exemplary in our plight to get a suitable exchange date . Appolonia worked tirelessly!

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Aron for making it possible for me to move into my new rented shared house at exactly the time I needed it. He made the entire house?hunting process completely stress?free, even taking me to view different properties after the original one I wanted had already been let by another landlord.
Aron listened carefully to my preferences, took me to my current home, and ensured I secured the exact type of room I asked for. He also made sure I was able to move in within the timeframe I had given him.
The Charles Knight team has also been amazing—truly a team that cannot go unacknowledged. It is clear that client satisfaction is one of their core values, and I have no regrets about finding my new home through them. Charles Knight are genuinely reliable agents to work with, and they make sure you are well taken care of throughout the process.
I would also like to appreciate the Director for always being willing to listen.

From my initial enquiry to the viewing and process he was so professional also looked smart and left an impression. Throughout our communication he remained clear and went above and beyond to help me secure the property knowing how much it meant as a first time mover. We had a very positive experience using Remax for the sale of my Mum's house.
Colin Young went out of his way to assist us in every way.
My sister and I don't live in carluke and he did everything he could to help us, even on one occasion going in to the house to turn off a light we'd inadvertently left on.
Picking up keys from mum in her new flat, as we werent able to drop them in to him..
Would highly recommend Remax Carluke and Colin is a great asset to the company.

ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time.
They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation.
The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests.
The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property.
Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!

Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

Everything excellent except for detail in the online ad. Had to remind them to mention white goods included in sale and correct a typo.
