Very friendly and personable team. I met with Oliver Roper-Gibbs in April 2025 when I was preparing to put my flat on the market. Ollie was approachable, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. He secured a buyer very quickly and remained committed to ensuring the sale progressed smoothly through to completion.
He also arranged a mortgage appointment for me with Jade Burge, who was a pleasure to deal with. She was personable, informative, and discussed options I hadn’t previously considered.
Highly recommended.

Fairly disappointed with the service. A tactic seems to be to over value the property initially to secure a seller this happened to us and a couple of friends. Communication is extremely poor. Emails & calls went ignored a number of times and in the end I gave up and just started liaising with our sellers solicitors Fine & County. They called me once a week with updates and chased various bits ups for us and without them I don’t think the sale would’ve progressed. That would be the sort of service I would expect. Overall I would say Sharman Quinney are an expensive agent given the service provided.
UPDATE: I have emailed twice now the address the Sharman customer service representative has requested in their reply but had absolutely no response. Simply underlines my point of the dreadful communication.

Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few!
Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore.
He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request.

4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.
