Slater Hogg handled my home sale and everything was so smooth from beginning to end. Mark was helpful when carrying out his initial market appraisal. His knowledge of the market is top class and in the end the price I got for the sale was right at the top end of what he predicted.
The team in the office - Sophie and Ellenor - were super friendly, helpful and efficient. They couldn't have done more throughout the viewing process. My property advert went live and within an hour I had viewings booked in. They gave great advice through the process and helped me achieve a quick sale at the price I had been hoping for.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home.

We had an outstanding experience with the team at Slater Hogg & Howison in Helensburgh and wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Danielle, Olivia, and Gill.
From the very beginning, Danielle handled our case brilliantly. Her communication was excellent throughout; responses were always prompt, and every request we made was followed up quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how professional and reassuring she was without ever being pushy (which, in our experience, can sometimes happen with estate agents). She made the whole process feel organised, transparent, and calm.
Olivia also deserves special mention. On the one occasion we spoke while Danielle was away, she stepped in seamlessly and handled our request as if she had been managing the case all along. That level of coordination and teamwork is rare and very impressive.
Gill, who showed us the property, was equally fantastic; kind, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer questions and made the viewing feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed as it was a big step for us. She also helped calm my nerves at a time when I was feeling quite stressed, as it was my first time purchasing a property in Scotland. Her reassurance and patience really made a difference.
Overall, the team combines real expertise with a genuinely supportive approach. At times it honestly felt like we had a team negotiating and advocating on our behalf. They made us feel heard, were flexible and accommodating, and consistently demonstrated that they were doing their absolute best for us.
Having bought and sold a few properties over the years, I can honestly say we’ve never experienced estate agents quite like this. A truly excellent team and a credit to Slater Hogg & Howison Helensburgh.

The whole team at the Livingston office that we dealt with were friendly, helpful, professional and most importantly very good at what they do.

As a commercial cleaning company, we deal with many letting agencies across central Scotland and beyond. We work closely with Slater Hogg Falkirk amongst others. Garry and Ryan (SHH Lettings Team) really stand out from the crowd. Communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes coordinating EOT cleans and property access very straightforward.
From a contractor perspective, both are proactive, organised, and a real pleasure to deal with. Any issues are handled efficiently and fairly, and they make working together easy and stress-free.
We value the relationship greatly and would happily recommend them to landlords and contractors alike.

Everyone I have dealt with at Slater & Hogg have been fantastic. They manage all of my properties and whenever there is an issue they are quick to resolve. Nikki on the maintenance team is always quick to respond positively to any issue that arises

Had a very positive experience from beginning to check out with Slater Hogg at their Candleriggs branch. All members of stuff have been extremely helpful while negotiating the lease and also at the time of moving out. In particular, Anne Meagan, my assigned property manager, was very efficient whenever a repair needed to be carried out.

The whole team at slater Hogg dennistoun have been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. Richard came out to value our house and explained everything clearly so we could understand the process. Zoe could not have been anymore helpful, keeping me updated with the viewings and answering any questions I had. Janice and Ben were also so helpful with booking in the viewings and making sure it was suitable for me! I also recommend David, their mortgage advisor, he has kept me sane the whole process of the mortgage. He explained everything in detail. I cannot thank all the team enough for the help and effort they have put in to selling my home and get our mortgage in process for our next property. Nothing is a bother to any of them and they are always on the ball! Thanks so much again to everyone at slater Hogg dennistoun.
