We cannot recommend Slater Hogg & Howison, Largs highly enough.<br>We were introduced to the Largs branch by another Slater Hogg & Howison office in Glasgow after viewing a property there. They recommended the Largs team to us, and we’re very glad they did. Initially, we simply wanted a free valuation to help us set a realistic budget. Stephen Leighton visited our home and immediately impressed us with his professionalism, friendliness and enthusiasm. He gave us an honest, knowledgeable and highly accurate valuation, and we felt completely confident in his advice.<br>Once our offer on our new home was accepted, Stephen and the whole Largs team moved incredibly quickly to accommodate our tight timescales. They arranged our Home Report, photography and marketing without delay, and having nothing to pay upfront removed a great deal of the financial pressure that often comes with moving home.<br>The marketing was first class, with excellent photographs showcasing our property beautifully. Our first viewing was arranged within hours of the property going live on Rightmove, and within just a few days we were under offer to the perfect buyers.<br>Throughout the entire process, the communication, support and follow-up from the team have been exceptional. I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy.
Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!

I have had a few repair issues in my flat that’s rented through slater Hogg, and I really appreciate how quick Morgan is to reply to any concerns I have. Her friendly and professional manner is something I find lacking in most companies lately. Keeping me in the loop even when there isn’t much to update me on is greatly appreciated.<br><br>Genuinely an excellent representative to slayer Hogg.

From start to finish, the service and level of care I've had with Slater Hogg Helensburgh has been first class. From initial conversations and all the way throughout, it's been absolute professionalism from all the staff. A great experience all in, and I'd happily use their services again should I ever need to.

I decided to rent out my house after a change in family circumstances meant I had to move out of it. From the beginning, Shannon and the team were incredibly helpful, informative and easy to contact.
