Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience from Kim and The Property Centre team throughout the selling process. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt informed and supported. Oli, Rechay and co. Did a Stella job of handling my often complex sale case. We completed with a happy chain and very tight on time but it was thanks to their involvement and dedication to help move things forward that we got there in the end!

Yesterday, we viewed a property with Glyn, who conducted the viewing. He was very informative and a highly helpful estate agent. He was able to answer our questions before we even asked them and delivered the viewing with confidence, which made us feel welcome and increased our interest in the property.
