Kim, Rechay and Oliver stepped in to help us to sell a tricky property and immediately took away all worry. They combined professionalism with a very pragmatic manner, all while being very easy to talk to and work with.<br><br>The office communication was also very smooth - if Kim happened to be out of the office, Oliver could instantly answer our queries.<br><br>They always took phone calls and replied promptly to emails, so that we were never left in any doubt about viewings, feedback or the progress of final sale. Rechay was an invaluable part of pushing the sale through, ensuring there were no unnecessary delays at any stage.

Clare was really helpful and professional when showing us around the properties we were interested in. She knew all about the details and fully answered all the questions we asked. She was understanding, polite, and gently guided us through our options, we felt that she genuinely cared about making sure we were able to make the right decision for us. Rechay was very informative and friendly. She was able to tell us all about the history of the house and answered all our questions. She had obviously taken the time to find out about the house which helped us to make an informed decision about buying the property.

Mia was outstanding from start to finish. Her customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance whenever needed. What really stood out was the genuine care and dedication she showed; she consistently went above and beyond and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her persistence and determination to keep things moving forward and get things over the line was truly impressive. She was also incredibly professional and patient when dealing with other parties involved in the transaction.
