From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Our house move took a year due to a long chain and even before the chain started to form, in the process of looking at properties we ended up speaking with what felt like every local agency there is in Hertfordshire. Collinson Hall were easy to reach, they had a proactive approach to communicating with us throughout and it feels like they took the lead amongst the various agents in our 7-vender chain which I appreciated. Michèle Austin was the contact we worked most closely with and she was professional throughout and guided us through the ups and downs, as the chain evolved through the 11.5 months from property viewing to completion.

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. Although market conditions were challenging, David always provided straight-forward and honest advice and achieved a good result in the end. I am currently living abroad and he was always very flexible to speak outside normal office hours to accommodate timezone issues. I would recommend Duncan Perry whatever your property requirements are!

Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
