They rented it very quickly with minimal viewing inconvenience and were incredibly efficient and professional at every step, from initial meeting to photos, viewings, move in and management. Fully reccomend!<br><br>Kirsty stood out from the start for her energy, attention to detail and clear recommendations backed up by local market data. The listing and photography were excellent, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Freya was brilliant at keeping the practical details moving, from arranging the inventory and chasing paperwork to coordinating access and the key handover.<br><br>A big thank you too to Nicola for sharing the incredibly thorough inventory report and following up after move-in, and Joanne Sargeant for taking care of the utility and council notifications. Clear communication, helpful advice and real care over the details. Thank you all so much!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Very helpful team! Just finalised the process of leasing a flat with Space lettings in St. Albans. Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent understanding of the current property market and a clear sense of its direction. His insight and professional advice have been invaluable throughout the process.<br><br>Frost’s really helped accelerate our house sale at a time when reaching the end of the tunnel seemed a long way off!<br><br>What also impressed me was how well organised and efficient the entire agency is. Communication is excellent, everything is handled professionally, and things move forward smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>A huge thank you to Tom and the whole team at Frost’s for their hard work and support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We asked that they only sent viewers in a position to proceed. One viewer wanted to move here due to the close proximity of the secondary school, but their house had not yet been put on the market and the child had not yet been conceived!!
4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Getting my deposit back from Northwood was a highly frustrating and stressful process that took months. After 5 years as an excellent tenant, always paying on time and taking great care of the property, Northwood were completely unreasonable during my checkout. Kerry was genuinely rude and threatening, with no interest beyond squeezing as much money out of my deposit as possible - zero sympathy whatsoever.<br><br>During the chaos of moving, I forgot to peel off some water-based vinyl I'd applied to my downstairs windows for privacy - a neat job, easily removed, and would have had no impact on selling the property (photo attached). The Clerk noticed it at checkout, I offered to peel it off there and then, and he told me not to worry about it.<br><br>Weeks later, Northwood tried to charge me £80 to remove something that takes 2 minutes to peel off. They refused me a supervised visit to do it myself, and for weeks refused to simply ask their sales team to peel it off next time they were there for viewings - no sympathy or helpfulness for a good tenant.<br><br>After weeks of dealing with Kerry's rude emails, I filed a dispute with TDS. Only then, knowing they'd lose, did Northwood peel it off in seconds and return my money - after an unnecessarily stressful process. Moving already cost me enough, including Northwood forcing me to use a cleaning company that cost £350 for a 1-bed flat. I did everything right, and Northwood still treated me like dirt - there was no way I was backing down in this point and allowing them to take more money.

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Outstandingly customer service from Bradford & Howley,<br>So If you thinking of selling or buying a property, I would definitely recommend giving them a call,<br>We were looking to sell a house in Luton & needed a trustworthy and reliable estate agent to facilitate the sale efficiently as we lived outside of the area,<br>From the very first point of contact spoke to a charming young lady called Sarah Hollick who basically delivered a faultless service from start to finish, we left everything in her hands her friendly attitude and approach to a very sensitive situation made us feel at ease,<br>Mark Soanes attended to do the valuation, he was a great guy no pressure whatsoever and going just on the experience of Sarah & Mark we decided to let them market the property which sold over night for the asking price, During the process Sarah was brilliant with both the sellers requirements and the purchasers, the entire experience was streamlined with nothing left to chance a perfectly executed experience a big Thankyou to Sarah for all her had work and dedication,

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
