It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a great service.<br><br>A huge thank you to Greta and Miriam — you are both fantastic!

She was so friendly, patient, and approachable, and she made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Moving into a new home can be quite stressful, but Tilly made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>We really appreciated her kindness, prompt communication, and willingness to help whenever we had questions. The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent understanding of the current property market and a clear sense of its direction. His insight and professional advice have been invaluable throughout the process.<br><br>Frost’s really helped accelerate our house sale at a time when reaching the end of the tunnel seemed a long way off!<br><br>What also impressed me was how well organised and efficient the entire agency is. Communication is excellent, everything is handled professionally, and things move forward smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>A huge thank you to Tom and the whole team at Frost’s for their hard work and support. 6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We asked that they only sent viewers in a position to proceed. One viewer wanted to move here due to the close proximity of the secondary school, but their house had not yet been put on the market and the child had not yet been conceived!!
4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Getting my deposit back from Northwood was a highly frustrating and stressful process that took months. After 5 years as an excellent tenant, always paying on time and taking great care of the property, Northwood were completely unreasonable during my checkout. Kerry was genuinely rude and threatening, with no interest beyond squeezing as much money out of my deposit as possible - zero sympathy whatsoever.<br><br>During the chaos of moving, I forgot to peel off some water-based vinyl I'd applied to my downstairs windows for privacy - a neat job, easily removed, and would have had no impact on selling the property (photo attached). The Clerk noticed it at checkout, I offered to peel it off there and then, and he told me not to worry about it.<br><br>Weeks later, Northwood tried to charge me £80 to remove something that takes 2 minutes to peel off. They refused me a supervised visit to do it myself, and for weeks refused to simply ask their sales team to peel it off next time they were there for viewings - no sympathy or helpfulness for a good tenant.<br><br>After weeks of dealing with Kerry's rude emails, I filed a dispute with TDS. Only then, knowing they'd lose, did Northwood peel it off in seconds and return my money - after an unnecessarily stressful process. Moving already cost me enough, including Northwood forcing me to use a cleaning company that cost £350 for a 1-bed flat. I did everything right, and Northwood still treated me like dirt - there was no way I was backing down in this point and allowing them to take more money.

21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Scott, Jackie and the rest of the team were great throughout the house buying process.<br>Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer (us) and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
