The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. In particular, Jonny whose advise and knowledge getting the house on the market was invaluable, and also Willow for her hard work keeping the sale process moving after we'd accepted an offer. Both were brilliant at keeping up regular communications with us so that we always felt in the loop. A huge thank you to you both and the whole team!

She went above and beyond to offer maximum support within every feasible boundary to help us out.<br>Fantastic experience—highly recommended!
11th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We booked a viewing with Jo and we arrived 15minutes early. Waited 45 minutes in total. Called them from the start multiple times about their estimated eta. Always said back coming soon. No correspondence from them about lateness. They never showed up or told us to reschedule. Extremely disappointing. Never experienced this with any letting agency ever. Could not be trusted as reliable.

Every time we visited one of their properties, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Once we found the perfect home, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The very same week our offer was accepted, they created a WhatsApp group to guide us through the process and keep us updated every step of the way. We were never left wondering what was happening next or waiting for information. From offer to completion took just three months, and when we collected the keys, they were waiting for us with a thoughtful goody bag and personalised cupcakes, which was such a lovely touch. Heartwood Homes is run by kind, hardworking people who truly care about their clients. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

They proposed a sensible pricing strategy which generated plenty of interest, arranged photography which showed the property to its best advantage and then efficiently handled the many enquiries and viewings. Once it was under offer (after only a couple of weeks), the team navigated us through to a speedy completion with professionalism and good humour. Couldn't be happier with their service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
