From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. Knowledgable and efficient with the viewings and sales team and then dedicated sales progression stayed on top of everything throughout the sale, until completion. Mainly liased with Grant and Janine who were friendly, professional and attentive. Highly recommend Hamptons St Albans.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

The let involved arranging some preparatory refurbishment and certifications which were all delivered promptly and competently through the agency. All the subsequent steps eg marketing, tenancy arrangements and schedule of condition have been managed with similar efficiency. So far, so good, thanks!

This has been a disappointing experience.- 16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the service I received from Connells during my recent tenancy process. I have dealt with other staff members at Connells before and never had issues, but my experience with Ashley Thompson-Boyle was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and misinformation throughout the process. Communication throughout the entire process was very poor. I constantly had to chase for updates myself. I was also told that on the key collection day all I needed to do was sign paperwork, pay, and collect the keys. However, when I arrived on the moving day with van rentals and arrangements already booked, I was suddenly informed that the contract was not ready because the deposit process had not been completed through the zero deposit company, something that had never been clearly communicated beforehand. This delayed my move-in by a full day and caused unnecessary stress and additional costs. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when these issues were raised. This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever written a complaint or negative review about an employee or agency, but the overall experience was stressful and far below the standard I expected from a well-known letting agency like Connells.

Tom has been brilliant throughout. He communicates proactively, keeps you genuinely informed rather than leaving you to chase, and gives clear, practical advice when it matters. He clearly knows what he's doing and makes what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.<br><br>Beyond the professional side, he's also just a genuinely lovely person to deal with - which makes a real difference.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and the hard-working team at Frosts.

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently dealt with Cassidy & Tate in St Albans (specifically Lucie) during the purchase process for a property. We submitted three offers, all of which were ultimately rejected, which in itself is not the issue. The concern is the communication style and overall handling of the sales process. After our viewing, I was the one who followed up to express our interest in making an offer, rather than receiving any proactive follow-up call. From that point onwards, communication was conducted entirely via email with no telephone contact at any stage. On multiple occasions, we asked whether our position could be communicated directly to the vendors by phone, particularly as we are first-time buyers with no chain and the property required significant renovations. However, we were told that communication with the vendors was also being handled via email rather than direct telephone discussion. Even when we increased our offer and specifically requested that our position be verbally communicated to the vendors to help properly present our circumstances, we continued to receive email responses confirming rejection, without any direct conversation taking place. Overall, the process felt very passive in terms of sales approach and negotiation. In our experience, there was no telephone-based engagement or active selling of our position to the vendors, which is something we would typically expect from an estate agent acting in a sales capacity. While we appreciate that offers are not always accepted, we were disappointed with the lack of proactive communication and the absence of any real attempt to progress negotiations beyond email exchanges. We will actively try to avoid purchasing a future property through Cassidy & Tate going forward.
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)?????<br><br>We cannot thank Bradford & Howley enough for the outstanding service they provided in selling our parents’ house.<br><br>This has been an incredibly emotional and difficult time for our family. Both of our parents had to move into residential care, and sadly they both passed away before the sale was completed, meaning the property also had to go through probate.<br><br>From the outset, Bradford & Howley gave us excellent advice and guidance, helping us make informed decisions at every stage. They marketed the property quickly, managed all the viewings professionally, kept my sister and me fully informed throughout the process, and ultimately achieved the right price for the house.<br><br>There were several issues with the chain along the way, and it unfortunately collapsed twice through no fault of the agents. Despite these setbacks, Sarah and Liam remained positive, proactive and determined, working tirelessly to keep everything on track. Thanks to their persistence and dedication, we finally completed today.<br><br>A special thank you to Sarah and Liam for truly going the extra mile. Their professionalism, honesty and support made a very difficult time much easier to deal with.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bradford & Howley. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring local estate agents in Harpenden, they are an excellent choice.
21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

We had an excellent experience working with them throughout the process.<br><br>As first-time sellers, we were naturally quite anxious, but Sam and his team explained every step clearly and demonstrated exceptional patience, always taking the time to guide and reassure us. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Within just a couple of weeks, they had arranged viewings with multiple prospective buyers and generated strong interest in our property. In the end, we decided not to proceed with the sale because we couldn’t find a property that suited our needs, which was entirely our decision and not a reflection of their service.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to their clients make them a pleasure to work with.
