15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

Me and my wife have been viewing multiple properties over the last few weeks with some terrible estate agents with various companies, it was a complete breath of fresh air meeting with Sebastian Poole from the Solihull branch. He was confident, polite and knowledgeable with all details of the property and area. Every question we asked was answered fully I've been growing tired of estate agents showing us around properties without basic knowledge of the property and area. Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

From the viewing to the office communication and support along the legal side of the purchase I can say that I received excellent communication. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The icing on the cake was the key collection, when we were also presented with a new home card and a box of beautiful chocolates locally made in knowle. Fantastic experience purchasing with Love Property. Highly recommend if you are selling/buying in Knowle, Solihull and surrounding area. Angela

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We had three estate agents round before deciding who to go with and Azure Residential stood out immediately. Luca clearly knows the local market inside out and his approach felt very different to the bigger agencies we met with. No hard sell, just honest advice and a clear plan. Within the first week we had multiple viewings and an offer we were really happy with. What impressed us most was the level of communication. Luca & Mike personally updated us after every viewing and guided us through the whole process right up to completion. We’ve sold previously and found the whole process quite stressful, but this time round was nothing at all like that. Would absolutely recommend.
