27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)In the last 2weeks I have dealt with 6 different estate agents within the Bromsgrove area.From my first enquiry with MECS they far exceeded my expectations and were by far the best estate agents to deal with.<br>I met Kashni at the property I wanted to view and she was professional,knowledgeable,accommodating and very helpful and friendly. All the other estate agents could learn a lot from them and the service they provide. I am very happy to recommend MECS to either sell or buy a property from.<br>Thank you to MECS estate agents and especially Kashni for your excellent customer service .
5th Jul 2026 (0 days ago)I was using a previous letting agent but in the changeover have been very pleased with Martin and Co. Ella, Adam & Diane have been particularly helpful in negotiating fair rent and getting any repairs done that needed doing. I have found them very good at what they do.<br><br>Once again Ella and her team been very professional, this time in the smooth running transition between tenancies. If Ella was not available then other members were more than able to assist with queries. I had compliments from the tenants moving out as to what had contributed to an enjoyable tenancy for which Martin & Co must take some of the credit in how they responded to the tenants issues taking the stress out of potentially stressful situations. I would highly recommend Martin @ Co as letting agents.

They managed my tenanted property successfully for some time, provided a great valuation, and then secured a buyer quickly. They are professional, easy to contact, and tell it like it is. For anyone looking for reliable, 'all-in-one' property experts, look no further than the team at Arden.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Very poor communication, do not follow up on instructions from tenant i.e. renew contracts without prior discussion with you despite your request to them not to do this, series of mistakes with no effort to improve. Would not recommend

14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)So they have a property listed as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on Lucks Avenue, Birmingham, B28. Yet on the property details and the floor plans it shows 1 bathroom and a downstairs wc. Wheres the other bathroom then.

14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I have been delighted with the service provided by Smart Homes when I was recently selling my deceased mother's home. I selected this company because I felt I was given the best information at the outset by Simon when he came to appraise the property. He was pleasant, enthusiastic and realistic, putting a far higher value than I had expected upon the house. Other estate agents in the locality gave a much lower estimate because, as they explained, they wished to stay within a figure which they believed was achievable. The slightly lower offer which I did accept was still higher than what the competitors had suggested as a starting price. Simon's ideas proved to be very accurate indeed!<br><br>Once the property was on the market I was always given notiification about viewings which took place together with immediate feedback by all the staff concerned. I was never left wondering what might be taking place as has been my experience on previous occasions with other properties.<br><br>I was also made aware of any issues arising with the property when viewings were taking place. When one surveyor , for example, left the loft cover open the matter was reported to me straightaway and, because my friends couldn't lift it, a staff member quickly came to the rescue. None of us wanted a draught blowing through the hall as we approached winter months!<br><br>The team members in the office were all always friendly and helpful, returning calls, providing up-to-date progress reports but I must single out Helen as being especially conscientious when dealing with my queries. She kept me fully posted at all times in both a positive and professional way and by the time we reached completion day I felt as though we had become good friends. Once again, all her predictions about the sale came true. She was obviously totally aware of how matters work out eventually.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Homes to anyone wishing to sell a property in and around the Solihull area. The company are to be complimented on the efficiency and hard work of their team.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)B & G proved to be efficient letting agents, listening to the kind of profile of tenant we wanted and finding them. When we decided to sell the property, a different arm of the organisation took over and provided a good service. Plenty of communication and a willingness to intervene to ensure that the sale went through. It did take nearly 5 months to sell our maisonette, but I think this may be more to do with the fact that the property was leasehold rather than inefficiencies. Sophie at B & G, Shirley was particularly pleasant to deal with. Thanks team

I had many questions but these were covered without me having to go through them. Their ethos seems exactly in line with what we wanted. A special mention for Dan…he held my hand all the way through the process, was incredibly pro-active on my behalf, easy to get hold of, always quick to get back to me and an absolute joy to do business with. Always exceptionally professional, the Shipways team delivered first class service and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.
4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.
