Chiara being the main one was absolutely amazing and supported me throughout the paperwork. Evie, Steph and Laura also very very supportive and kind. They gave me advice and guided me through the process. The team is amazing and I would definitely recommend. Both Lauren and Harriet were professional, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They just got on with the job and delivered great results. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Was asked to provide review after the first meeting with CEO, initial thoughts were well organised and superb communication. 3 months down the line, we were told completion should be happening now, this has been pushed back to another 3 months. Had to chase on numerous occasions to find out what is going on. Feel really let down by this company after our first initial appointment. Had the estate agent advertised property was not going to be available until the summer, we wouldn't have continued.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Excellent service from Martin & Rachel. Communication was really good, happy to work through which offers might be best for us not just the in theory highest offer. Selling houses in current climate is not easy so important to have a great team working for you.

17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Fantastic! I've used Dixons for over 20 years to deal with my lettings portfolio. I wouldn't dream of using another Letting Agent. I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. Thank you, Meg, Holly and Freya.

They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. If you’re looking for estate agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly go the extra mile, these are your people. Thank you both so much — I’m so grateful for all your hard work!

From the start, with all the things that are involved in taking on a property and any maintenance that needs to be done, it has all gone very smoothly and the reason for that is great communication, it's really appreciated. Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.
