7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)The team at AP Morgan Bromsgrove were absolutely incredible- Tammy and Mark in particular. Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)
15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time
23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’m tired of the spam emails, I receive about 10 emails a day, it’s ridiculous! I’ve called several times to have my details taken off whatever system it’s on as I’ve never enquired or had any business dealings with them yet they continue to email me.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which can be a rarity, and I always felt kept informed without any pressure. My interactions with the wider team were also consistently positive, they were welcoming, professional, and helpful whenever I spoke with them. Their genuine approach and excellent customer service made a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and the team at Dixons to anyone looking for an estate agent. Thank you all for your help!
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We had a great experience overall purchasing our new home with Robert Oulsnam Northfield, and a special shoutout to Amanda for her efforts in helping us get across the finish line.<br><br>While it did take longer than expected to complete the purchase, and communication from the team wasn't always as smooth or consistent as we would have liked at certain points, Amanda’s hard work and support towards the end really helped keep things on track.<br><br>Thank you for helping us secure our new home!

Everything was clearly explained to us at each stage, which really helped put our minds at ease. Adam in particular was brilliant. Always approachable, responsive and happy to answer all our questions, even after completion. He also kindly accommodated multiple visits so we could measure up for furniture, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Arden. I went to view a lovely apartment which i fell in love with. I had the pleasure of been introduced to Amrit who was so lovely. I explained my situation to her and she was so understanding and caring. I cannot say a singke bad word about this girl. From start to finish she supported me through the entire process, which i may add was very simple and straight forward. Thankyou everyone at empire lettings. 20/10. Absolutely recommend.

Best experince with estate agents ive had so far.- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. A wonderful team at Redditch, sincerely thank you! Without hesitation, I'd highly recommend.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Jilly has also conducted a number of the viewings at my property and the service she provides is excellent. She is knowledgeable, engaging and takes the time to explain the property properly to potential buyers, which is exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent representing your home.<br><br>Whilst my experience with Oakmans as a whole has not always been as consistent, Jilly has been superb throughout and is a real credit to the company. If you are considering selling with Oakmans, I would strongly recommend asking for Jilly.
