1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Was asked to provide review after the first meeting with CEO, initial thoughts were well organised and superb communication. 3 months down the line, we were told completion should be happening now, this has been pushed back to another 3 months. Had to chase on numerous occasions to find out what is going on. Feel really let down by this company after our first initial appointment. Had the estate agent advertised property was not going to be available until the summer, we wouldn't have continued.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We had a great experience both selling our house and purchasing our new home via Oulsnam (especially when interacting with both Sarah and Claire). They were very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails and good at communicating with solicitors/mortgage advisers, buyers and vendors as needed. They managed to sell our house very quickly, as well as a second time when it initially fell through; and also making us aware of houses which might be suitable for purchase which were about to come on to market. Would definitely recommend!

I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. It was a very daunting prospect selling the house but Chris the valuation guy was very friendly and offered help when we were struggling with things. The house went up for sale and they sold it within 3 weeks and for a really good price. They handled the bookings and the viewings and the process so far has been really easy. Their advice has been really helpful.
