Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.

Then they let themselves down and me, if anyone wanted to view they told them drive past and if you like it make an appointment, since when do people buy house by driving by. No feed back at all I think good opertunities were squandered a lazy team.

27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

Being FTB we knew nothing, He went through everything, answered any questions that we had during the process. Helped us understand what we could afford. Fast forward to now we have been living in our own home for nearly a month. If you need to speak to anyone about mortgages, Gavin is the man.

Ian and Ash are always willing to answer any questions we have had, and are always happy and helpful. We will use them again.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

While viewing one of their properties, I knew they'd be the team to do it. Special thanks to Sam and Rich, and the whole team over at Rogers, Emma, Ian, everyone. A brilliant Team, and super friendly, even during the stressful bits . Highly and thoroughly recommend if you are selling or buying a home in Frome, or the surrounding areas. Konnor was sharp and quick on correspondence and getting information to us. He was kind and supportive of us and our relative and led us thoughtfully through the financial and identity checks. He was great to meet at the property too - well informed and found out other information that we had requested. It was an all round positive experience.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)We recently purchased a house listed through Lodestone, Martina was always quick to respond to our queries and was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop during the final stages of the process. She really helped push everything through which was really appreciated. It was also really handy that they are based in Bruton. Would definitely consider using them in the future, although we won't want to think about selling anytime soon!

14th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I used House of Jackson removals (part of Charles Barnard estate agents) to transport all of my belongings to my new home. Communication before, during and after was excellent, and the team were lovely, which is what you need when dealing with the stress of moving house! They turned up at the time that was agreed and were fully equipped for the job. They treated all my belongings with respect, as well as taking care when manoeuvring around tight corners and up and down the stairs. They went above and beyond to help with my move, ensuring that everything was unloaded into the correct rooms and didn’t leave until I was happy that everything was where it was supposed to be. The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies. They provided a top quality service for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend House of Jackson as a removal service and will definitely be using them for all moves in the future. Thank you Luke, Marcus and Brandon!

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
