She was also completely professional. We did not end up getting a let with Chase - but Robyn was exceptional - so I wanted to acknowledge that very loudly.
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.

She guided and supported me with endless enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble, always available to help and guide.<br>It is a long process that requires a lot of energy. The Barons team are by your side throughout the entire journey.

These local contractors complete jobs for me when they say they will and at a reasonable price.<br><br>CobbFarr carries out detailed inspections, and always reminds me when a licence, or similar, is due for renewal.<br><br>Put simply, CobbFarr is delivering the full, worry-free service that I, as a distant landlord, need.<br><br>Jonathan W

Both were incredibly helpful with anything we needed, no matter how big or small, and were always happy to answer our questions and reassure us whenever we had any worries.<br><br>They were friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. Their communication and support throughout were outstanding, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Thank you both!
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)In 3 months Connells gave confusing information about viewings, went weeks without a single viewing, claimed the house was not competitive with similar properties, feedback from viewers had to be dragged out of them never offered. Then having not secured a single offer said the only way to sell the property would be to go to auction!

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
