Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. I would have no hesitation in instructing Martin if I wanted to sell my property and recommend his services to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Many thanks

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)From putting our house on the market, to getting through to exchange the care and attention to detail given by Adele Baker was superb. When things got tricky she went above and beyond to expedite a solution in a very professional manner. The sales brochure was brilliant, based on Duncan’s excellent knowledge and advice. The support from Vicky Elias and Lucy Lingley-Stephens was also excellent and we were kept informed about progress every step of the way. All round the team at Goodman and Lilley gave superb service and I would recommend them without reservation.
20th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I arranged a property valuation with Leah from Taylors in Brislington and was very impressed with her professionalism and customer focussed attitude. It was easy to make the appointment and it was evident that Leah had done her research when she arrived. She came armed with information about sales in the locality and undertook a thoughtful appraisal of the property. Leah followed up quickly by email with her assessment. I chose Taylors because I could see they are active in the locality and will remain in contact as our plans firm up. Best value estate agents in Bristol, they maximise your property and help you sell with minimal admin. A pleasure to work with- 14th Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Such a great team of people. They went over and above to help me. The photography is excellent (thank you Kevin) and communication, from Bonnie especially, was second to none. Justin managed the viewings and offers we had really well. We didn't sell our property in the end (no fault of the estate agents) but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We will be coming back when we want to sell again!

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)The agents were generally adequate, though punctuality was a concern. During one arranged inspection, the agent arrived over an hour late. I had contacted the office beforehand to cancel as I was no longer available, but the agent still attempted to gain entry and became defensive and confrontational when refused access. My main concern is with the property management companies they represent. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with properties managed by Forge Property Group. Despite being an exemplary tenant with a perfect payment record and maintaining the property to a high standard, they demonstrated extreme inflexibility. When my partner's grandfather passed away and we inherited his cat, Forge Property Group refused to allow it despite my offer of additional security deposit and the fact other flats in the building have pets. They refused to renew my tenancy solely due to this, then served a formal Section 21 eviction notice as a "precautionary measure" despite my full cooperation. The property was not redecorated between tenancies and basic maintenance required extensive follow-up. Future tenants: document everything in writing and be aware that flexibility cannot be expected from this management company.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Anthony was Incredible; this is a boutique estate agent and focuses on every little detail to ensure the house is sold. From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat. We got an offer accepted within 2 weeks.
22nd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)They erected signage in my garden without permission, and have failed to collect it now for ~3 months. I’ve called and requested its collection on three different occasions. It’s been littering the public footpath for a month now. That being said, the local dogs have taken a liking to it.
16th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. I have already recommended James to neighbours and would trust him again. He’s a great guy who works hard for his clients. Thank you James. J&R.
