It has not been an easy process emotionally but from the first visit of Dave Smith to value the house & whose local knowledge & friendly personality was a major decision in choosing the best Estate Agent to market the house to the processing of the sale I can honestly say all the staff especially Karen who has been the point of contact after accepting the offer on the house have been amazing. I certainly made the right decision in choosing a small independent Estate Agent!
