He’s also genuinely funny and easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience that much better. Couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough! They have a great team there, Kirsty, Richard to mention a few more and always enjoy popping my head in when I walk past.

As I was living overseas, his communication and willingness to help with practical matters at the property were particularly valuable.<br><br>Even after completion, Ben went the extra mile to help me obtain the final utility meter readings from the buyer, which I greatly appreciated.<br><br>Thank you, Ben, for your patience, professionalism and support from start to finish. 16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Selling property is one of the most stressful life experiences but from the first meeting with Andy, his years of experience as an estate agent were apparent to me so I felt confident that the property would get sold relatively quickly.<br>His manner was always calming & reassuring, his experience & personability came to the fore to get things moving forward when things got a sticky.<br>I was a bit uncomfortable with CJ Hole’s team approach at first but it actually worked well, it kept continuity, they were all knowledgeable, kind & supportive.

She worked hard to secure the flat for him after one failed attempt when it had to go back on the market, kept the owners and my brother fully informed, and helped when we had issues with solicitor delays. The long wait was stressful but worth it for the end result. My brother felt fully supported throughout and has ended up where he wanted to be.

What truly sets him apart is his genuine sense of empathy and understanding. 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Poor costumer service, I accepted offer from cash buyer in February 2026 as they said more quick can sort thing but it’s been more than 8 months still in process and they just put sold sign front of my house nothing more. I been Connells westbury branch 2 days ago they said we will get back to you for update and they never get back to me and they keep ignoring me and they never but even 1 step forward. Nadine Bevis was the sales manager who managed the whole process very professionally, from beginning to end. I was always able to contact her when I needed to. Nothing was too much trouble, and she gave me plenty of time on the phone to answer my questions. She was reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and kept me updated and well informed, every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to get my sale to completion for which I am extremely thankful. I would not hesitate to instruct her as my agent in the future.

They first helped us secure our rental when relocating from London to Bristol, and now they’ve helped us find and in the process of buying our first home. Logan was really friendly and helpful when showing us around the property, and we really appreciated his support in helping us secure a deal quickly. James and Cilla have been great during the process and always around to answer our questions and clear our anxiety especially as this is our first time buying. It’s been great having their support through such important milestones, and we’d happily recommend Lifestyle to anyone looking to rent or buy a property!

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Will definitely be back next time we’re in Bristol, great location and building.<br>Some attention is needed in the kitchen by the cleaning service you use. But over all we loved it.<br>The fire alarm is removed in the main bedroom, really needs to be reinstalled. Also, white cushions in the living room need to be cleaned or removed.<br>But the apartment is great and we had a great time staying there. Was fun to use the piano. Nice having a coffee machine to use, was provided with one pod. We got more<br>At the local supermarket which isn’t far. Such an interesting building with lovely features. Enjoyed sitting around lovely big kitchen island. The hot tap in the kitchen is a nice feature too.<br>Location is good, Loaf for brunch, tobacco factory for the Sunday market, airport bus stops near by. Easy bus links to the centre and can walk to the dock/ river area.
