Although we went through the landlord directly on most occasions Bradley & Caroline were always there to assist with matters where needed, were very quick handing back our deposit once the keys to the property were returned & were always understanding & reassuring for us as tennents. 10/10 estate agents!

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Steph was extremely proactive and followed up enquiries both up and down the chain to make sure the sale went through on our purchase. I cannot recommend her enough to people. First class service.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Williamson &co. I tried to sell my house with them from July until December with no success. I found communication was really poor, sometimes viewings were cancelled and I was not informed. If I called to find out what was happening my calls were rarely returned and I found I needed to repeat myself often as staff did not relay messages to each other. I was continuously asked about whether I would consider renting the property if it doesn't sell even though I explained this would not work for me. Once I changed to a different agent my house sold within 3 weeks for the price I wanted and I have now completed. I feel that Williamson and co being unresponsive could have lost the interest of potential buyers.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

From the very first viewing to completion, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Ria was always on hand to answer my questions, chase updates, and keep everything moving forward. Buying a home can be stressful, but her communication, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience much smoother. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at every stage and never made me feel like just another transaction. What really stood out was her responsiveness and genuine willingness to help. Whether it was arranging viewings, liaising with solicitors, or checking in on progress, Ria handled everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. I’m extremely grateful for all her help in getting me into my new home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ria to anyone buying or selling a property. A truly excellent estate agent.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I have dealt with the Cardiff branch in Whitchurch road for the past 3 years . Rhys , Phil, Dan & Ethan , have gone above & beyond to always help me , when needed . They are a terrific team & work so well together . Nothing is to much trouble to put them selfs out. As before they have found me my second rental property with Belvoir, straight away . Im so pleased at my new address , hopefully I will be able to stay at this property, as it idea for work , shops & above all its ground floor. I have been on the Cardiff county council housing list for 12 years , having no success . These guys deserve a medal . Thanks Belvoir , for making me feel happy & safe in my new Rental property. I don’t know what else to add , just two words . Incredible & outstanding. Thanks guys , so professional ????

From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had also been selling a property in the lead-up to this purchase, and that sale became unexpectedly tricky and stressful. Deborah did more work to support me and keep that sale on track than my own estate agent did. Without her care, time, and dedication, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through. It’s thanks to Deborah that I’ve managed to keep my sanity! Her knowledge and calm approach made all the difference in managing both the practicalities and the people involved. I always felt I was in safe hands, and her commitment truly stood out. I can’t thank Deborah enough for everything she’s done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property!

12th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Review for Fine & Country Cardiff – Deeply Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering buying a property through Fine & Country Cardiff to think twice. We dealt with Gemma, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, the team were overly pushy and dismissive of our concerns. But once the sale was completed, their attitude turned outright negligent. Despite purchasing a high-value property marketed as a “smart home,” no one had the courtesy to hand over the keys in person. Instead, we were told they were “in the mailbox” and that was the end of their involvement. Upon arrival, we found the garage door was broken and unopenable. An engineer has since confirmed it must be completely replaced at a cost of £2,000. The bathroom sliding door is stuck, meaning steam from the shower floods into the room. And most critically, the entire smart home system is inaccessible. We were given login details linked to an email address that is not ours. After 10 days of calls, emails, and speaking to the U.S.-based provider, we still cannot even turn on the lights. Fine & Country Cardiff have made no effort to assist. No follow-up, no explanation, and certainly no responsibility taken. Their behaviour has been unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has caused serious stress and inconvenience. Avoid this agency at all costs. They disappear the moment the payment clears and leave you to deal with all the problems they never disclosed.
