Although we went through the landlord directly on most occasions Bradley & Caroline were always there to assist with matters where needed, were very quick handing back our deposit once the keys to the property were returned & were always understanding & reassuring for us as tennents. 10/10 estate agents!

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Steph was extremely proactive and followed up enquiries both up and down the chain to make sure the sale went through on our purchase. I cannot recommend her enough to people. First class service.

From the moment we viewed the property, everything moved incredibly quickly, we had our offer accepted in principle just two days later, and all checks were completed within a week. We went from viewing to moving in within a month! Any small issues with the property were resolved swiftly, often the same day or within 24 hours. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely personable. A special thank you to Jonathan and the lovely, lovely Bethan, you both made the process so smooth and welcoming. We're so happy with the service that we plan to stay with them as tenants for the long term. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

14th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. 8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Unfortunately, for us Jeffrey Ross have not lived up to their reputation and the service which we expected. Whilst the staff have been friendly and overall communication has been pretty good, initially it was very difficult to make contact. Whilst we have been able to get an offer accepted on the house, there was very little interest/viewings which we think may have been due to the zero other promotion of our house other than listing it on their website and the usual right move etc, and even then the house description was incredibly limited and poor, and weeks later we are still waiting for a sign.

20th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. I got all my deposit back and did had a great living experience with Simpson Estates.

12th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Review for Fine & Country Cardiff – Deeply Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering buying a property through Fine & Country Cardiff to think twice. We dealt with Gemma, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, the team were overly pushy and dismissive of our concerns. But once the sale was completed, their attitude turned outright negligent. Despite purchasing a high-value property marketed as a “smart home,” no one had the courtesy to hand over the keys in person. Instead, we were told they were “in the mailbox” and that was the end of their involvement. Upon arrival, we found the garage door was broken and unopenable. An engineer has since confirmed it must be completely replaced at a cost of £2,000. The bathroom sliding door is stuck, meaning steam from the shower floods into the room. And most critically, the entire smart home system is inaccessible. We were given login details linked to an email address that is not ours. After 10 days of calls, emails, and speaking to the U.S.-based provider, we still cannot even turn on the lights. Fine & Country Cardiff have made no effort to assist. No follow-up, no explanation, and certainly no responsibility taken. Their behaviour has been unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has caused serious stress and inconvenience. Avoid this agency at all costs. They disappear the moment the payment clears and leave you to deal with all the problems they never disclosed.
