15th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)The service offered was good despite it being a small company or perhaps because it was small the staff were focused well informed and helpful. There was always someone available to discuss my property if I called in to the office. A good experience.
19th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)Started well but once house was under offer we never heard a thing, no help with finding a property to buy, no notification of who our buyer was etc. We did not find a new property so had to withdraw our house so we wrote to the agent twice and did not get any sort of reply.
13th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)James Caffrey looked after my recent sale. I cannot praise him more highly. He worked so hard helping me - even on a Sunday. I couldn’t have had a more capable, long suffering person advising me and guiding through the sale. He was superb.

7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am so impressed with the service from Epps Estates. It has been a while since I have been blown away by an estate agents dedication and professionalism. We could only view on Sundays which they were happy to accommodate two weekends running and they genuinely care about our property search. I have been trying to view with number of other estate agents whilst trying to find my next home and have to say the experience with most of them has been frustrating to say the least. Epps Estates have been amazing and Jimi from the sales team is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone searching for a new property.
