19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We had the pleasure of working with Steve from Fenn Wright from the early part of last year right through to the end of October 2025, when we finally completed on our purchase. To say our house sale was challenging would be an understatement! At times it honestly felt like moving into the property Fenn Wright were representing might never happen. We ended up having to sell our house three separate times, which definitely made the journey a stressful one. Throughout the entire process, Steve was absolutely unbelievable. His guidance, patience, and constant reassurance made a huge difference. My wife and I even started to dread the weekly Friday 2pm catch-up calls at one point, but somehow Steve always managed to make things feel calmer and a little less stressful each week. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared he even called us on his day off just to congratulate us when everything finally went through. We actually laugh about those Friday calls now! A huge thank you to Steve for sticking with us through such a rollercoaster and helping us finally get there. We’re incredibly grateful.

The letting agents were very supportive and kind, always responding promptly to all my questions. Their professionalism and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I deal with them from an admin point of view and they are always quick to respond, very helpful, and clear in their communication. They look after our portfolio well and have given us sound advice when making investment decisions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was quite flustered and not very good at English, but Mady Suggers provided very enthusiastic and professional support for a problem unrelated to their work. I am truly grateful to her.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase. Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome. We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action. Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy. Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe! 100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We sold two homes through Oakheart to move into a property together. We decided to go with them after viewing a property, as they were professional and answered all the questions we had as well as listening to why that house wasn't right for us (and actually turned up unlike other estate agents we had booked viewings with lol). Marcus was great with coming to see us to value the properties and managed to get us viewings before they were even on Rightmove. Both sold in less than 9 days, which was crazy! Throughout the early stages of the selling process, he was great at staying in touch with us as was the office to confirm suitable times for viewings. Once the sales were being progressed, Amy and Indie were also awesome. Amy was fast to respond to queries and kept us updated and was fab at pushing for completion, as well as being reassuring and proactive to prevent the chain from collapsing. Despite it being a complex split chain with some issues arising from my buyers having a few problems with things like surveys being requested last minute by their lenders, and poor communication from the estate agents we are buying from, they did a brill job at managing everything to meet our completion date.

We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my property through Palmers & Partners Estate Agents and had a very positive experience throughout the process. Ollie carried out the initial valuation and was extremely professional and well prepared. He brought along a folder containing detailed research about my property, the local area, and comparable properties that were either currently on the market or had recently sold. His valuation recommendation clearly took a number of important factors into account, which gave me confidence in the pricing strategy. During the appointment, Ollie also presented a PowerPoint explaining the company, including their recent sales performance over the past couple of months. It was informative and demonstrated their strong activity in the market. Another point worth mentioning is that Palmers & Partners do not charge sellers or buyers for ID checks, which is a refreshing change compared to many other agents. Their commission rate was also very competitive and lower than several other quotes I had received. The company also has its own dedicated Sales Progressor. From my previous experience buying other properties, I know how valuable this role is in helping transactions move smoothly, as they liaise between the buyer, seller and both solicitors. The marketing of the property was excellent, and the results speak for themselves. My property sold within just 5 days, with only two prospective buyers viewing. The office team are quick to respond to both emails and phone calls, and every member of staff I’ve encountered has been friendly and professional Overall, I found Palmers & Partners to be professional, transparent and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
