The property was immaculate, with clear, detailed booklets explaining how everything works. Special thanks to Belsia, Barbara and Paul for their care and guidance—they made moving so much easier. Will be recommending to anyone moving to Bishops Stortford. Many thanks to the team.

13th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. We’ve now moved into what we genuinely hope will be our forever home, while also achieving a fantastic price on our sale.<br><br>Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough.<br><br>Thank you so much to Olivia and everyone at Beresfords Maldon for everything you did for us. 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We recently purchased a beautifully situated property which, as well as requiring modernisation, presented several complications and challenges throughout the buying process.<br><br>The team at David Burr, Castle Hedingham, were excellent from start to finish. Their communication was particularly impressive – regular updates, prompt responses and a genuinely proactive approach meant we always knew where things stood. Refreshingly, we never had to chase for information.<br><br>A special thank you to Tim for his hard work, patience and determination in helping everyone navigate the challenges and bringing the sale to a successful conclusion.<br><br>We would certainly use David Burr again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Castle Hedingham team.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Thankfully it was made all the more easier by them.
