13th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We recently purchased a beautifully situated property which, as well as requiring modernisation, presented several complications and challenges throughout the buying process.<br><br>The team at David Burr, Castle Hedingham, were excellent from start to finish. Their communication was particularly impressive – regular updates, prompt responses and a genuinely proactive approach meant we always knew where things stood. Refreshingly, we never had to chase for information.<br><br>A special thank you to Tim for his hard work, patience and determination in helping everyone navigate the challenges and bringing the sale to a successful conclusion.<br><br>We would certainly use David Burr again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Castle Hedingham team.

He took the time to understand our situation and always tried to find solutions that worked for everyone involved. After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion.<br><br>He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly. That level of communication made such a difference during what can be quite a stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Richard and the whole team at Wright & Co for all their hard work, patience and support. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
