19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)We are first time buyers. Found a lovely home with no chain. Even still, we had some issues with the law firm which delayed the process to around 3 months. Parklane Property Agents were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to especially thank (Amie) as she was a superstar. She gave great advice, her communication was next level and she was a real support throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend her and Parklane Property Agents enough. So reassuring that there are still some generally helpful and caring estate agents available these days Best estate agent by far !
13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. Thank you Louise and all the best.- 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)First time selling a house and I couldn’t recommend Stansted Intercounty more. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable compared to some other companies we enquired with. We had bookings within minutes of the property going for sale. Intercounty were fantastic from start to finish. We sold and purchased, little hiccups on the way but all the staff were so helpful and supportive. Other agents in the chain were most obstructive but Intercounty liaised for us which took away some of the stress. I would definitely use again.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I would like to say a special thank you to Amber Stevens for her kindness, understanding and support throughout my experience.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Amber did not see this as just a job or a technical issue. She recognised that there was a person behind the situation, with worries and concerns, and she always approached things with genuine care and consideration.<br><br>I was dealing with a very stressful situation with many issues regarding the flat, including a recurring roof leak. Amber kindly said that she would take this matter on and follow it up, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. That support meant a lot to me.<br><br>Amber is not only professional, but also someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. I truly appreciated her attitude, understanding and the way she handled the situation.<br><br>I would also like to thank James Stevens and the wider team for all their help and support. James personally dealt with many aspects of the repairs and managed the process throughout. He kept me informed, responded quickly when issues arose, and always looked for solutions.<br><br>Amber, James and the team at William H. 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.
