18th Dec 2018 (7 years ago)RedDoor have given a faultless service in the sale of this house. Unlike some estate agents they have kept me fully informed throughout and have liaised proactively with my solicitors so that I had virtually no 'chasing up' to do. Their knowledge of the sale and rental market in Medway is vast as they also manage rental properties. The team is always friendly and never too busy to return calls promptly or follow up some of my (sometimes) anxious questions. I have used other Medway estate agents and the service from RedDoor has been the best.

29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

After I moved out, the agency made false and exaggerated damage claims — including issues like black mould that I had reported earlier and the landlord refused to fix. Despite multiple reminders, they have still not provided the final inspection report, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have full proof of all conversations and the property’s condition. Their handling of the deposit and communication has been extremely poor. I do not recommend this agency.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

28th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Worst experience with this letting people. Their accomodatios are dirty and unkempt. They lie and make up small stuff so that they won't refund back the deposit after moving out. Worst letting company in Canterbury.
23rd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They came to us through word of mouth, and lived up to our expectations, and ther reputation. A serious buyer was found within two weeks, and the asking price agreed. Smooth sailing from start to finish. It's nice to find an honest estate agent. Keep up the good work, and I'll see you for the next one!

Dee’s understanding of the property market through her considerable and invaluable years of experience meant that she knew exactly how to advertise the property to attract the perfect buyer for the house. I felt complete confidence in Dee’s approach and we completed on the sale within 9 weeks of receiving an offer for the full asking price. Not only did Dee keep me fully informed about what to expect throughout the entire process, she also went above and beyond in terms of the practical and emotional support that often goes when leaving your home. Quite simply, I could not have managed without Dee and for anyone looking for a more personal approach to selling their home, Dee is nothing short of exceptional and I cannot recommend her more highly.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
