There were a few bumps along the road with the legal process, but Cathy in the sales progression team was constantly on the ball, chasing everyone and making sure we completed before Christmas. Very helpful and knowledgeable during the viewing and remained patient whilst I was dealing with the solicitors as a first time buyer. They always responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I received my house keys last month and couldn't be happier with the house and area.

14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Redwood Estates. The chain experienced some delays on completion day. The agent was incredibly kind and stayed past 5pm to release the keys so we could finish moving on time. Highly recommend!
6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Corrie at Robinson & Jackson is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She made our transaction smooth and was always very responsive to emails, which made a huge difference throughout the process. The Branch Manager, Neil, is also incredibly helpful, they both truly go out of their way to make sure the whole experience is an enjoyable transition. We would highly recommend Robinson & Jackson, Bexleyheath, and look forward to using them again in the future. Jay

23rd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Really professional and helpful team. Malcolm did our initial valuation and was really knowledgeable and informative. He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark
18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I recently had Connor from Acorn Estate Agents in Dartford carry out a valuation on my property, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Even though I made it clear that the valuation was mainly out of curiosity rather than an immediate plan to sell, Connor still took the time to be thorough, professional, and extremely helpful. He arrived well prepared, talked me through the local market, and explained clearly how he reached the valuation figure. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush the appointment and was happy to answer all my questions. His knowledge of the Dartford area and current property trends was very reassuring. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience with no pressure at all, just honest advice and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor and Acorn Estate Agents to anyone thinking about selling or simply wanting an up to date idea of their property’s value.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected. Although there were some delays to completion, Ismail never once failed to communicate clearly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
