22nd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience with the Sevenoaks Savills team throughout both our recent purchase and sale. From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.

David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.

On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. Their market knowledge, guidance and dedication helped us secure the right purchaser and navigate the transaction smoothly. This was another truly professional performance from a highly capable and dedicated team, and we are extremely grateful for all of their support and hard work.

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have been looking for a rental property and Kristian has shown us a couple, one of which we will be moving into. Kristian has been really great with communication throughout and helped to explain things as we are new to renting. Thank you!
Freeman & Gray - Medway
Office 15 - 16 Fort Bridgewood, Maidstone Road, Rochester, ME1 3DQ(133 reviews)
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.
Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.

Thank you very much for your patience and help getting our new home!
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)A Little late with this review, but Kevin Sold our property last year and cannot speak highly enough of the service him and the team gave us, with the stress of selling and moving, Kevin could not be more calming, listening to our concerns and helping with the onward chain!!!

If selling or buying, I'd absolutely recommend going through Murray Lee McKenzie!- 8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Great job in detailing the property. Very knowledgeable and polite behaviour.
- 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We had such a positive experience with Your Move, and Kirsty and George were both absolutely lovely to deal with.

They were friendly, helpful and always easy to get hold of, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. They kept us updated, chased things when needed and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything over the line.

Kirsty was especially brilliant at keeping communication going between everyone involved, and that really helped during the more stressful moments.

We really appreciated all their help and support from start to finish and would happily recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Thank you so much, Kirsty and George!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I would like to give a special thank you to Holly at Mann Agency for her incredible support from beginning to end. Her patience, dedication, understanding and willingness to help made a real difference throughout the journey. She remained supportive every step of the way, and we are truly grateful for all her hard work and commitment. Holly is a real credit to Mann Agency, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done and also thank you for all the team who made it possible. We appreciate you all. Thank you!!!.- 10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Gave my email address and asked to not be sent junk mail. Got sent junk mail in the form of links to houses that do not resemble wht I am looking for. Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
