We live abroad and she’s handled the whole thing for us and made it all super easy & clear. We fully recommend her if you’re considering letting out your property! 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Unprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

They are a group of bright , intelligent, and knowledgeable woman, who provide a seamless service , from start to finish. It couldn’t have been easier to find a special new home with Cavendish. Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.
