We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Rose and Hamptons to anyone looking for a new home.

Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.- 2nd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)After being on the market for a while with a different agent and having that sale fall through, I was so impressed by the service of Judy Day in the Sales Progression Team, for the property I was purchasing that I moved my sale to Wards, after which point I found the team in Eynsford Branch to be wonderful. Shannon, Luisa and Carl genuinely pulled out all the stops to find us another buyer within a couple of weeks. Aside from the professional side, I found them to be genuinely nice people to deal with (in contrast to the usual 'salesy' demeanor of other agents I have dealt with in the past). Once again, Judy Day was meticulous and diligent in progressing our sale and took all the stress out of things. This move represented the third time I've purchased a property and the second time I've sold one and I can honestly say Wards are the best agent I've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
